Forest Health

Forests touch our everyday lives in myriad ways, from the many products that come from trees to multiple recreation opportunities, to providing air and water purification. Forests also play a significant role in both our physical and mental well-being.

The Endowment works with numerous partners to maintain and improve the health of working forests throughout North America, making a material difference to address some of the most significant threats facing forests today.

Through various programs focused on forest health, the Endowment and its partners are working to mitigate some of the most significant stressors on forests today, by increasing their resiliency and reducing the occurrence of disease, insect infestation, and catastrophic wildfire.
