Andrea Tuttle

Andrea Tuttle of Arcata, CA, is an independent consultant in forest policy and climate change. She is the former Director of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and past member of the California Coastal Commission and the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (North Coast). Tuttle currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Pacific Forest Trust, and consults in South East Asia and China on sustainable forest management and climate mitigation. She holds a Ph.D. in environmental planning from the University of California, Berkeley as well as an M.S. from the University of Washington and a B.A. also from Berkeley.
