Charlie is the Administrative Coordinator responsible for office systems/technology and Board of Directors support. His professional background is systems & processes, administration & operations, and Board of Directors support. Before working for nonprofit organizations, he owned a custom furniture building and finishing business, and before that he worked in private sector B2B raw materials sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wofford College.

Originally from Spartanburg SC, he moved to Charlotte NC for a professional assignment for ten years, then back to the upstate SC/Greenville area in 2015. In 2019 he joined a startup nonprofit organization based in Greenville and began developing his love for mission-based work. That startup presented him with many opportunities to build his professional skill set in administration, and he joined the Endowment in early 2023 to continue serving another worthy mission as an administrator. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, church activities, following baseball, and still occasionally builds furniture and guitars as a hobby.
