| Stephane Rousseau, (Canadian Liaison) of Montreal, Canada, is Senior Vice President, Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Business Development with privately held Kruger, Inc. On November 30, 2009, Rousseau was named Canadian liaison to the Endowment’s Board by the Honorable Stockwell Day, Canada’s Minister of International Trade. On December 10, 2009, he was elected to a three-year term on the Endowment’s Board of Directors. Rousseau joined Kruger – an international manufacturer of forest products, renewable energy, wines and spirits -- in 2002. Prior to joining Kruger, he spent nearly two decades with other forest products companies in Canada. Rousseau holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemical engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of Queen’s University.
