Programmatic Investments at a Glance

The Endowment operates under a simply depicted "Theory of Change" that focuses work in three areas: retaining and restoring healthy working forests; promoting and capturing multiple value streams; and enhancing community capacity, collaboration and leadership.

Programmatic Process

The Endowment operates only via a Requests for Proposals (RFPs) process or a targeted Endowment-initiated approach to program partners. When the Endowment issues a RFPs, the details will first be announced via the News section of our website. For those wishing to ensure that they are aware of any RFPs please sign-up for the Endowment's ListServ on the Home Page.  We will also share information by posting the call via appropriate newsletters and electronic information sources.  We regret that we are not able to accept unsolicited proposals.

Our goal is to be as open and transparent in our processes as is possible.  Knowing that we will never achieve perfection, we commit to continual improvements to enhance the experience for those wishing to learn more about the Endowment and those wishing to engage in a partnership through response to one of our Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
